Health Food is Worth The Extra Money
Interview with Taffy

I think I’m healthier because I do shop at a health food store, and I think I’m healthier because I’m conscious about the things that I’m putting in my body. As of the last couple of years, I’m raw and vegan, so I might start my morning with a green smoothie. I might put some organic kale and any kind of green vegetable in there, blended up in a Vita-Mix, add a few superfoods, maybe some goji berries, some matcha, some makuma, and maybe some frozen fruit.

And basically, I’m set for most of the morning. I spend more money at a health food store, but I definitely believe it’s worth it because if I were to get an illness, five days in the hospital costs $100,000. I can go to the health food store, I may have a higher bill, but in the long run, I'm a healthier person, I feel better, and there’s no price you can put on your health like that.
